Deux clips:
1. An interesting video on a small producer of foie gras who does not use gavage (force feeding). Foie gras is a very popular food in France, while this producer is Spanish. The funniest part is about how he won the principal FRENCH competition, shocking the French. ;)
2. Another concerning an interesting way to farm fish, just because the talk is fiven by the same speaker and is interesting. While both videos concern Spain, people in France can certainly be found who are beginning to work in the same way. Remember that Europe has many laws and regulations that cross what lightly-drawn national borders remain. When I find info, I'll put it up!
